Guess my "awkward" comment was hurtful. What I was reacting to was the combination of sentiments in that one sentence in which love was said to be unconditional (naive) and, at the same time, that those who profess to love the same sex are really motivated by hate of the opposite sex (hateful). I don't want to traumatize you anymore if you're really a teenager but lets not pretend you're making an argument here. All you've really done is to put out an unintuitive hypothesis to prop up your own prejudice and challenge all comers to show you're wrong.
