Thing is its probably a 12 year old kid that will get a slap on the wrist and £9,000 down the pan. Big waste.
We have a holly tree in our back yard... It's not well... Keeps losing branches during storms, one guy who climbed it said it should be called a "holey" tree, not a holly, etc. Estimated cost to remove it? About $8,000!!!! Just to cut it down, not removing the stump. It's a big tree (taller than our two story house) and is nestled between our house and two neighbor's homes (which means they have to be careful removing it so it doesn't fall on a house), but these things are expensive.
We're crossing our fingers and saving... But that is probably the shocking price tag.
