If parents do not want their children visiting unwanted sites, they must do two things.
1. Online parental controls.
2. Actually be a parent and monitor their children's online activity.
What gets me is that parents no longer want to parent. Instead, they want the internet and television to babysit their children for them. Restricting access for someone else because of lazy parenting is not the way to go.
