I'll be frank: Yes, I'm one of those people who actually give a damn when talents are wasted, and the world descends into a pool of rotting filth and corruption. I'm one of those people who get worked up when I see perfectly healthy people begging on the streets, when they can seek proper employment, or at least education, and do their bit for society.

For someone who can perform mental and physical health checks by sight alone to preach about wasted talents...

But seriously. Homelessness isn't often by choice or laziness. Is this drylandfish again?
