Crowded places. We visited Rockefeller Center in NYC during Christmas once to check out the decorations. I was fine at first, it wasn't that busy, but then the crowd closed in and seemed to grow... My husband had to throw me over his shoulder fireman style and carry me out because I started hyperventilating and having a panic attack. 
Large bodies of water. Ponds and small lakes I'm cool, but if I can't see the other side, I'm gonna die.
