I ran cross country and track in high school and college. I have kept up with jogging periodically throughout my life, though the past few years I have had some medical problems that prevented me from being able to jog. As a result, I have gained weight which is very difficult to lose. I am hoping to get back into jogging shape again soon. I used to jog ten miles a day.
