How on earth is education irrelevant? Thanks to free* education, all the way from elementary school to university, Finland has one of the best and most knowledgeable workforces.

*Yes yes, big scary taxes. I'd rather have high taxes and live in a country with decent a social network, than in a country where you can lose your job just because you were out two weeks with a cold, or where parents have to work two jobs in order to get the minimum necessities for their families.
