So, basically, he's asking us to name one government program that's worked, but mentioning any government program disqualifies?

It's getting increasingly hard to wrap my head around this guy's stupidity. So, why would any program that relies on taxes not count as a success? Except that it makes it so he doesn't have to respond, since he's set it so that defeat is impossible by design?
