An evolutionist could easily argue that happiness isn't important, only reproductive success - and even that relies on the unsupported premise that life is important.

You appear to need every little thing explained to you in painstaking detail before you deign to understand a concept like "people enjoy it when they are happy," or "personal freedom allows people the leeway to attain that happiness within reasonable limits constrained by mutual agreement."
