A Knight Who Does Not Serve

Don't worry, I realize what I'm signing up for. I'm not doing it for the money or with the expectation of being thanked by anyone. If I can make a positive difference in just a few lives I will be satisfied. I would be pleased if I could make a positive difference in MANY lives.

I understand all of the pressure a teacher is under. If test scores are low, it is the teachers fault. If a parent abuses their child, the teacher is at fault if they do not notice anything (no matter how impossible it is). I'm sure the list continues. I know, but I don't mind.

Maybe I'll even work my way up the ladder to a higher school or Board of Ed position. We'll see what happens. Either way, the progress made is thankless but when something goes wrong it is all my fault. Hell, I may as well run for President.
