Simply that I love the missus and feel that I'd somehow reduce or cheapen our relationship by sharing physical intimacy with others, maybe cause emotional harm. It's a personal thing. I know that others can find value and enhancement by having open relationships; that's just not for me. I certainly don't feel that way through any sense of 'ownership', it's just that I'd be gutted of she slept with someone else so I project that.
