Word. It seems to me that there are two types of people that end up working in psych wards - one, those that truly want to work with and help psych patients, and two, those that nobody in their right mind would let near sane people.
I've found that the general staff are usually those that really want to help people. A lot of the times the doctors and therapists are from the bottom of the barrel. There was one therapist in a hospital that I had frequent visits to that I loved to make look like an idiot. Of course, he managed that pretty well on his own, as he was the kind of guy that would quote Dr. Phil like he was Einstein.
