The Queen can effectively veto anything passed by Parliamentary vote, although it is doubtful she would ever do so since she would most likely have a revolution on her hands (so obviously I hope she vetoes something).
She also has the ability to disband parliament for general elections. She can't be prosecuted for any crime (since they are *her* courts). She doesn't need a drivers license, and technically she can dismiss her Prime Minister is she wishes.
Yes, she is tax-payer funded, although her family own businesses and land so it's not like she actually needs it. I'd personally much rather prefer a system like the US, with a President, Congress, Senate, etc.
