Now take a good and careful look at what happened to that thread. It may interest you to learn that I was part of of the discussion that led to its being locked. This despite the fact that my name was included in that little list. Put it another way: look at how we godless heathens (for the most part) reacted when one member did try to start a thread attacking you.

Look I truly appreciate all that the mods do to make this as fair as a place as any. That is why I have and plan to continue to support you all any way I can...

That said it does not change the fact that whether you moderate or not there are those who look to persecute. That is par for the course when discussing things like religion or politics. That is why I simply let it go most of the time. what I do not abid however is the claim that it never happens and it all in my head. The fact that you are having to lock a thread because of it prooves it.

Again I know not everyone is apart of stuff like that but it does happen, and I will call it from time t time when I see it. (Generally when pointing out hyprocrisy, or in this case as proof that I am not unfairly claiming persecution that does not exist.)

Frankly I'm offended that you're so quick to lump me together with people that you consider would treat you like that, whether or not they felt you deserved it, when I was one of those who actively defended you. For fuck's sake.

I am not lumping you with anyone. Again I was just point out a situation you claimed that did not exist. to be honest I did not read the whole thread. I read the first page and just spot read comments at random. All that I read was different ways of saying the same thing. even then I mentioned no names, just the fact that it was indeed happening. Incidentally, most of those suspected of being witches were let off, at least over here. The ones who were put to death were hanged, not burned. A grand total of four women, I believe. Four too many but still.

according to the last rob zombie movie ( a sad knock off of rosemary's baby) in Salem there were 14 women burned at the stake in the salem witch trials.

Then in another story/Documentry i heard this was a common practice by native americans to burn traditors and witches/those who align themselves with evil spirits.
