I get stomach aches from Liquid too, which lacks the bitter taste, though usually not as bad. I am convinced however that there is nothing actually happening in the stomach to warrant the discomfort (much like the "do I need to pee?" effect), rather it is a side effect from LSD lacking "Clarity", which is apparently a disproportionate release of serotonin/dopamine causing a similar physiological response to vertigo or sea sickness, but I can't verify that.
