Take care of your knees, people. You'll miss them when they're gone.
Swimming is awesome exercise.

What I enjoy about running, is the outdoors. It's pretty liberating after dealing with stress all day at the office or something.
I can't stand to do my cardio exercise indoors- it just feels totally wrong. I use a pilates training machine inside for core stuff and resistance, but I have to get my heart rate up outside. Doing all that moving while staying in the same place on an elliptical? It just feels really weird. So I swim, which I do like. I just don't love it like I loved running.
