To me if God does not exist then this life is nothing.

Of course everyone is entitled to give their own meaning to their lives, but I find it sad and pathetic that your life is nothing without your imaginary friends.

I believe in God and I also believe in Jesus Christ, and that He is God, and I also believe in the Spirit.

Yeah. If you'd been born in Saudi Arabia things would have been a little bit different, now wouldn't they?

Now this is what I ponder, if I'm right, and God does exist, if Jesus Christ truly is our Savior, then when I die, I will be in paradise, enjoying the riches of God's kingdom for eternity. If I'm wrong, I lose nothing, because if God does not exist I consider this life nothing.

No, it isn't. Don't you get it? Apart from heaven and hell to be nonexistent, the mere idea of them is utopian/dystopian. Your hell is my heaven, to spend eternity with the likes of you is the biggest and worst punishment I can imagine.

Right. Yet you and your ilk judge, kill, hate and whatnot in said god's name, because your god told you to and you're justified. Not to mention all those who have a 'personal relationship' with their god, presume to speak for it, when all they do is speak their own twisted minds.

One thing i can say is that this world is full of sinners, of whom i am the worst.

Sin is a man-made concept and only a way to control gullible followers.

And though disaster has ripped through my own life and continues to eat at me, i swear to you it has prepared me, prepared me for the hardships i face and continue to face. My life has been far from what some may consider "perfect," i have often drifted away from God. But i have trusted in God throughout it, and my life has been saved many times from death.

And yet, there are many of us who have gotten through (or are still in the process) of personal disaster, who have gotten through it without the help of Thor, Galadriel, Väinämöinen and Harry Potter.

I've witnessed incidents that this earthly realm just cannot account for.

It's foolish to assign your own inability to process some data from the outside world and leap to the conclusion that 'goddidit'.

I can agree on this, though you have the burden to explain and provide proof of why your particular desert god is the one.

Even if you believe there's a 1 in 10^70. To me that chance is worth taking, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I refuse to believe that this is it.
