End of month April: 30 mins @ 7.8km/h
End of month May: 30 mins @ 8.3km/h (Injury this month [blisters])
End of month June: 30 mins @ 9.3 km/h
18/7/13 = running 5km for the first time, done at 10km/h
End of month July: 10.2km/h for 5km = 29.24 mins
End of month August: 10.7km/h for 5km = 28:02 mins
End of month September: 11.8km/h for 5km = 25:25 mins
