Yes. NyQuil contains paracetamol (acetaminophen), which is metabolised in the liver. Drink on top of that, and your liver won't feel fine and I can guarantee you one hell of a hangover. It also contains dextromethorphan, which usually enhances all the nasty parts of alcohol, e.g. dizziness and disorientation. [Sources: I'm a pharmacist-to-be]
