Is it innate? Or does it depend on the world-view you hold or the ideas and beliefs you've grown accustomed to? If you grow up believing that no one is automatically inferior because of their race you wouldn't have the desire to discriminate against them. If it was innate that this belief wouldn't have mattered.
Are are you suggesting that everyone does have the desire to discriminate on racial basis but they overcome this desire based on their belief system?
