Actually, it can defined as a religion per the definition of religion being "a pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance." I'm pretty sure killing the most people in history easily fits that bill.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
