You never really had that freedom to begin with, for two reasons: one, the schoolyard is a hive of free information and namecalling, and like all kids, yours will probably pick this up before you get a chance to... do whatever it is you were going to do.

2. The freedom to chose whether or not your daughter has to get vaccinated for an STD @ 10 years old.

Which vaccination is this? The only one that springs to mind over here is the HPV vaccine, which also covers the attendant cancer risk of that thing, and is also something you can opt out of, from memory. Consider the possibility that your phrasing might be amazingly, childishly way off, and there's things you haven't thought of, here.

Yes, the one that showed in clinical studies a 5% reduction in cervical cancer (just enough to claimd efficacy). While at the same time showing a 5-10% increase in infection rate of the disease they were immunizing against. Again, public school, forced vaccinations...
