I agree with the old adage "the eyes are the window to the soul," so I often spend several minutes of deep reflection just staring into my own eyes. I can't explain why, but it helps me understand who I am. I also like looking at myself from that perspective to see myself as others see me. It helps me try to gain a third-person perspective about myself. Plus, I admit that I am also a little vain.
