A right to life would mean that God wouldn't be able to choose who lives and who dies on his whims. "Thou shalt not kill" applies only to humans, and god takes life as he sees fit. In fact, the right to life is so sacred to God that he'll drown everyone on the planet except a few people when things don't go as he wants.
The concept of right to life is entirely antithetical to the god of the bible.
