There may be no good reason for believing it but it does show that she has an open mind and is experimenting with ideas and concepts.

Unlike many theists she is not 'stuck in a rut' but is constantly asking questions and considering the answers.

And as one would expect, her questioning and speculation has lead her far, far away from the standard christian view of God I'd be fine with her going down this pantheistic route. It doesn't seem harmful, just a little pointless, as there is no reason to believe it. Next step- ask her why she would subscribe to this view with no evidence.
