For if indeed Jesus being nailed to the cross were enough for you (persecution according to your analogy, and saying nothing about redemption), you'd need not even be here on this forum defending his delusional lies.

You are always free to disagree with me Ivy, but I think making others into atheists as a goal detracts from the role a bit. I am interested in seeing others come to atheism naturally, as a process of evolving, but to hope to sway them at an undue time would be futile and counterproductive.
