Actually, reality is very much a matter of consensus.
...and peer review and probability and corroboration of shared experiences.

Defined narrowly, epistemology is the study of knowledge and justified belief.

Where does reality end and fantasy begin? I think that question is too broad because you must first start with a definition of reality and then establish categories of being then...yikes! Excuse me, but I have a video I want to watch.
