There are two elements to that question, use and believe. I use the whole bible. I try to follow the red letters, the words of Jesus, particularly the sermon on the mount. I think he remains a great moral teacher. In terms of believe, it's hard to say. There are small but critical differences which show that these words were reported by men rather than dictated by God...
Ok so in practice you follow what jesus said. Are there other teachings that you find worth practising? Not necessarily religious or philosophical, but have you read anything that made you think, hm, yea, that makes sense, I'm going to do that from now on?
Oh, and do you believe jesus's mum was a virgin and that he died and resurrected?
