I don't remember ever punching or hitting anyone. Maybe just a little pushing and shoving towards my younger brothers when I was smaller.
I don't even raise my voice at anyone. When I get angry, people can understand that by the speed and the tone of my voice, and the expression in my face, but I don't feel like shouting at them let alone raise my hand against them.
I used to ignore or walk away when I saw fights in schools ... my high school had a lot of nasty and violent kids there, in fact.
So yeah, now you go figure out if all the above 'coincides' with my respective beliefs or anything.
