Much like when people were protesting in Egypt in Tahrir Square they held up signs in English as well for the various news broadcasts:

So Iran wants to destroy Israel and they display this by making signs in 2 languages that aren't the national language of Israel.
In that case, I am going to make a sign that says death to canada, but I am going to make it in Vietnamese and Italian.....that will show those Canadians.
