When he makes a statement (like actors pretending to be protesting) and is asked for evidence for that statement he generally...
A.. will completely ignore requests for evidence, or
B.. on some occasions will present something that really has nothing to do with the evidence being asked for and/or commits a logical fallacy.
Like here, "I have a video showing some actors pretending to be protesters, therefore all protesters are actors"
