Another angle on why the WBC's actions should be limited concerns the right to privacy. I can't legally bury a loved one on my own property. So if I must bury on government sanctioned grounds, I should at least be able to do so in privacy. The WBC is not entitled to storm into my living room and shout their nonsense. Why should I have to endure it during what should be respected as a private affair, where attendance is up to the grieving family.
