Couldn't it be considered harassment?

It would be cool if a group of vets could bring a collective lawsuit against them which would bring a restraining order in addition to reparations. If we can prevent pedophiles from straying within a certain number of blocks of a school or childcare facility, I don't see why these Westboro Bastards shouldn't likewise have their liberties limited. Enough is enough.
