Yes, I do realise that Chrisitans are saying these things just to support their own beliefs. However what does interest me is if they've actually thought about them to any great extent, or are just happy stating them with no real understanding of the implications of what they are saying?
What Christians should say is that God is "timeless," eternal, in no need of time. Man needs time to describe the length of things such as a day or a life and ect. God doesn't concern Himself with time he gave it for man's benefit.
