That's incorrect once again. The verse says those who are bent on not believing the truth lack sense and are dead, dumb, blind like the animal who cannot discern for pain in the shepherds voice and a voice.

The animal cannot discern pain in the human voice and considers it a voice. That's why I said you don't understand the verse. The animal
has no reason or sense to tell just like those bent on not accepting the truth
