Again, I can recommend several good basic textbooks to help you get a solid grounding in molecular genetics, so you know what DNA actually is and how it basically functions in living cells. I'd also be happy to help you learn to navigate the professional literature to help you get a grasp on what you clearly want to know about and discuss.
