More like a rebel against the theology box. God is trying to take us out of that box. You are picking up on the difference, not the motivation. I choose to see the ordinances of scripture by the symbols they paint and not the dogma the church observes as ritual. I attend a Baptist church. Do they realize that baptism has a meaning beyond the symbolic cleansing of the individual by God? Not a chance. This would contradict theology. I choose to look again, deeper into that water.
Many here choose to troll the thread rather than take an honest look at what is being said. This thread is not for them. It is for the silent observer who will never reply, but rather read the reflecting points on Google. By what the light reveals between light and dark, the truth will rise. Character matters if anyone here plans to take the high ground. Words, thoughts and deeds define the person.
