An evolved species is extremely likely to see killing as bad because it, self-evidently, descreases the number of members of the species and descreases the likelihood of survival. That's why essentially ALL living animals don't kill one another when avoidable, and often ostracize those who do. You see this from even the deadly pirahna to we humans.
Really, all the great cats will kill the young of a female so they can mate with said female. Chimps will kill each other even out of anger, humans kill each other by the millions, fish will set a nest and when the young hatch they will eat them, wolves will kill each other, grizzlies have been seen killing black bears and most male bears will kill young bears, do I need to go farther. None of these ostracize each other for the killing, I've seen the common house cat kill and eat it's young.

It is nonsense to say that the god of the bible sees killing as bad - unless you want to claim that the god is bad as well. THe god killed virtually everyone in the world in the Myth of the great flood - killed Lots wife for merely looking back - killed others in a Passover - and lots of other examples
Where do you get the idea that the god thinks killing is bad? THis is clearly a case of do not do as I do - do as I say!
Wrong, wrong and more wrong, those you mention had their lives taken through judgment, justice was served in God's court and will be to the final judgment.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
