Well, here's this atheist's response: rape is bad because, from both a psychological and evolutionary standpoint, we are social animals, and for us, "survival of the fittest," includes a social component that is necessary for our survival. The fittest humans are the ones that can inculcate such social desires, because they allow us to build stable societies in which our predators cannot harm us so easily, and in which our interlocking lives create vastly more comfortable and convenient lives for all.

Rape is demonstrably harmful to the person being raped, and if we were to allow it to run rampant, it would provide a negative impact to society, not least of which by turning each and every one of us to a potential enemy, with an act that isn't policed or punished. If your empathy isn't enough of a reason (and I'm amused, Sleepy, that you see nothing wrong with rape other than that Allah doesn't like it) then the demonstrable negative impacts, both on a personal and societal scale, is.

Atheists- heinous is a relative term though. It's a dominant specimen exerting powe over a weaker specimen to spread his genes and benefit himself

So, I take it that you've done no research into evolution and survival of the fittest before you decided you already knew what it meant, because "fitness," doesn't just mean strongest, or most capable of doing whatever one wants. As I've said, mankind has evolved as a social species; we're meant to rely upon one another in groups to survive, and this in terms of humans, those that cooperate and don't harm the group are the fittest.

Allah decides what is bad. There is no moral relativity. There is no such thing as rape per se in marriage because the wife and husband gbe themselves to each other. It's completely unethical to force spouse to have sex. But legally it's not

You once again avoided the fact that it is relative and the development of society is something that was formed throughout time. As there no objectivity in atheist thinking there is only relativity. One could decide to support rape if he is atheist or against it. You can't be Muslim and support rape as it is forbidden nor is forced sex in marriage ever encouraged for Muslims. While you can be an atheist and support rape as it is relative to the individual.
