Why should i waste my time reporting people.
If reporting would help re-educating people i would report all the time.
Unfortunately some people never learn so there is no point in reporting.

You should report known rule breakers because doing so is something you agreed to do when you signed up to be a member of this forum. Intentional failure to do so is itself against the rules which you agreed to when you signed up.

Protecting Rule-breakers
If you are aware of a member breaking the rules, you are obligated to report them to the staff, either via the Report System or by sending one of the staff a PM. Protecting rule-breakers (especially sockpuppets of currently banned members) will not be tolerated, and anyone caught doing it will be warned and possibly banned as a result. All instances will be carefully considered by staff to determine if this was willfully done.

I was feeling reporting when some people swear direct to me and when other people divert my thread with pornographic pictures but what is the point.
