If you could make the banner a bit smaller (600px x 150px max) it would be epic. I love the logo you are using, just remember to take out the "A" in the center. The use of the Earth is also really nice, and the background is great
I'm wondering if you can change the colour scheme so it's a bit darker? In other words so it matches the forum theme? I also like the font leo used, and I think it would be great to combine the atom logo with the "scarlet A" font spelling "Atheist Forums".
I hope I haven't overwhelmed you...your work is really good, it just needs to be smaller and a few tweaks are needed
