She collected thousands of stories, and so therefore they're true? Hate to tell you, enrico, but the plural of anecdote is not fact. It's anecdotes; the number of people who believe a story does not impact the likelihood of it being true.

But tell you what, enrico: if this is how you want to conduct your search for evidence, what would happen if I found a million people who claimed to have been close to death and not had a near death experience? Would you count those as evidence against them being true.
