On other forums it (making fun/ insults) gets way out of hand, and is tantamount to bullying. kudos to this place it doesn't. I blame the management

I like to take the piss/ use sarcasm a lot... it's just me. I don't think of myself as a vindictive person although I've let it slide a few times. That's not how I'd want to present myself. So point well taken Shell. When I first came here it took a while to get used to the radically more level playing field.
