The unfortunate thing about that map is that it looks like Australia has heaps of living space. Which of course is an error. We have a detention centre here in Northam WA, it is in our Central wheatbelt region. Mostly hot dry and subject to violent weather shifts. I doubt the people there are happy that the lies fed to them by people smugglers were wrong.
