Well, feel lucky that you are in a privileged enough part of the world that you get to choose not to eat animals. Animals have eaten other animals since the beginning of life on our planet but for some reason its beginning to be viewed wrong for humans to do it. We've done it for hundreds of thousands of years and for good reason, pain is a natural part of life but unfortunately it is neccessary.
