Oh OK. As others have said, it's a service industry. I sell my body and and skills, if you pay me money I'll do some surgery on you. Periodically I pay for someone else's body and skills, she gives me a massage. Now the lady I see gives massages to her husband for free, but that doesn't mean she should charge someone else.
I think sex need no different. It's a service industry. I think it's a real shame that society can't grow up enough to accept that it goes on and regulate it according. I know a lot of Christians who feel likewise.
As for upsetting feminists, hopefully a female one will be along, but I think it's more disempowering to tell a woman what she can't do with her body!
