You're leaving out the negotiation for the terms of the party. You don't just rent time and then it's a free-for-all. The ladies negotiate very specifically with the customer about what exactly is expected to happen during the party, the length of time, and the money to be exchanged as commensurate compensation for the service. Brothels aren't Motel 6.
