It is the foundation of the institution of family, which is in turn the foundation of society.
Indeed it is sacred, no matter how much people blaspheme against it...
It is an instiution based on tradition and morality, no matter how the people of today try to detach it from its roots...The institution of marriage is like a tree, if you uproot a tree, it will wither and die away.
If its roots are strong and deep, it will live and grow.
