I can't understand the psychotic act of applying ketchup or mayo to pizza. The thought of it makes me cringe. Personally, I enjoy soy bean paste on most Chinese food. Besides that, I like mustard and ketchup for Western food, BBQ sauces for cooking with, and soy sauce on just about anything.
Also, I love Sichuan pepper oil. The peppers aren't spicy but they create this awesome tingling numbness when you eat them, it's pretty rad.
