Boru's Whiskey Fudge
Mix 16oz fine sugar, 4oz slightly salted butter, 4oz light cream and a splash of vanilla in a medium, heavy sauce pot. Cook over medium heat until it boils, continue cooking until it reaches 245F on a candy thermometer.
Throw that crap in the bin and pour yourself a large whiskey.
